Create a winter wonderland with clay! Guided by Ann Marie Cooper, kids age 6-12 will make reindeer and snowflakes. Your kids will be introduced to hand-building techniques such as pinch, slab, and coil construction as well as various surface decoration techniques for adding color, pattern, and texture. Your child will have a wonderful time creatively exploring clay while learning new skills and making great friends! The class will spend the first date working with raw clay and the 2nd date painting glaze on their finished pieces. Two day class, 1.5 hours per class - total instruction time 3 hours. All tools and materials included in class fee. Finished pieces will be ready to pick up by Dec 20.
